Northwestern Journal of International Law and Business (JILB) has a unique, substantive focus on the intersection of business and international law.

JILB accepts manuscripts from scholars and legal practitioners in the United States and from around the world. Submissions should be double-spaced, preferably in Microsoft Word. Citations must be accurate, include valid pin-cites, and conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (20th ed. 2015). An updated CV should also be attached.

For Volume 41, preference will be given to articles on: • Health and Covid-19 • International Trade, Migration, Brexit • Technology issues such as AI, Internet, Privacy, IP • Issues of public-private partnerships, such as sovereign debt, global investments and arbitration

Please note that the Journal will not consider student manuscripts other than those submitted by the Journal staff.
