Submissions

Northwestern Journal of International Law and Business (JILB) has a substantive focus on the intersection of business and international law.

JILB accepts manuscripts from scholars and legal practitioners in the United States and from around the world. Submissions should be double-spaced and in Microsoft Word. Citations must include valid pin-cites and conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (21st ed.). An updated CV should also be attached. Please note that the Journal will not consider student manuscripts other than journal staff or students from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.

We are now accepting submissions for Volume 44.
